Shaina Magdayao's breakup with long time boyfriend, John Lloyd Cruz is now official after the actress releases a statement and gave confirmation on the matter.

Shaina's full statement was sent to entertainment website Pep.PH (Philippine Entertainment Portal), which said:

“To end all speculations, I confirm that John Lloyd and I have agreed to end our relationship. The reason is purely between John Lloyd and myself.

“Madaming bago kasi ilang years yung dumaan. I’m sure iba na yung sensibilities niya [Bea]. Personally, I’m very excited dahil napakaganda nitong role na nag-landing sa mga palad niya,” said John Lloyd in an interview with ABS-CBN’s TV Patrol.

“Naghahanda ako kasi iba na si John Lloyd, makakaeksena ko na naman [siya], magsusunog ka na naman ng kilay. Ten years na pala kami no? I’m so excited [and] at the same time challenged. With John Lloyd, you always need to be on your toes. Tapos yung plot, kung totoong buhay ito nangyari, very controversial. Tinatalakay nito ang infidelity kaya talagang pag-uusapan ito ng mga tao.” Bea said.
