2012 Bb. Pilipinas Universe 2012 is Janine Mari Tugonon. Janine who is from Balanga, Bataan and graduate of Pharmacy in University of Sto. Tomas. Janine as far as I remeber got the best answer last year and now re-joining the Bb. Pilipinas 2012 has paid off as she got the most coveted title of the competition, The Bb. Pilipinas universe.
