In the administration of former President, Arroyo, a lot of regular and special non-working holidays were moved to either Monday or Friday if Holidays fall on Thursday of Tuesday in observance of Holiday Economics Law. 

Will Tuesday, May 1, 2012, holiday be moved to April 30, Monday? Based on the list of Philippines' official public holidays this year. However, April 30, 2012 is a normal working as outlined in Proclamation No. 295.
