Talk 'N Text defeated B-Meg, 100-85 to tied the series to 2-2 for their Best of Seven Finals of the 2012 PBA Commissioner's Cup with Jared Dillinger hailed as the best player of the game with- 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Earlier before the game Denzel Bowles of B-Meg received the Best Import of the Conference while, Mark Caguiao of Brgy. Ginebra named as the Best Player of the Conference.
