Video- Passenger Plane Crashes in Nigeria

A passenger plane hit a three-story apartment building in Nigeria's largest city on Sunday, killing all 153 people on board and others on the ground in the worst air disaster in nearly two decades for the troubled nation.

The crash happened near the airport. A spokesman for Nigerian airline Dana confirmed one of its planes had crashed but could not immediately provide further details.

A plane carrying 153 passengers crashed Sunday in a densely populated district of Nigeria's economic capital Lagos, the head of Civil Aviation Auuthority told AFP, adding he feared none had survived.

Video Fire in Doha Mall

Watch  Fire in Villaggio Mall in Doha. Villagio Mall was on fire yesterday, May 28 about 11:30 am.  The ministry said on Monday that four female teachers and two firefighters were among those killed in the fire, while at least 17 others were injured. Among the children were six boys and seven girls


At least 19 foreign nationals, including 13 children, were killed in a fire that ripped through an upscale shopping mall in Qatar on Monday, the country's interior ministry said according to Reuters report.







CJ Corona CONVICTED on Art. II of the impeachment complaint

Chief Justice Corona was CONVICTED on Art. II of the impeachment complaint. 16 senator-judges vote guilty, 3 vote not guilty. Senator Bong Revilla took the spotlight as the 16th Senator to vote 'Guilty' for Chief Justice Corona.

With 23 votes cast , 20 members of the Senate sitting as the impeachment court have convicted Chief Justice Renato Corona including Senate president and presiding judge, Juan Ponce Enrile for betrayal of public trust and culpable violation of the Philippine Constitution.

    Raymart Santiago vs. Ramon Tulfo Video- Start of Confrontation

    Watch Raymart Santiago vs. Ramon Tulfo Brawl Video. Earlier, the two camp claims that neither of them statrted the brawl (see earlier report, HERE).  TV5 released a video of the NAIA brawl that happens on May 6 from unknown source, that might put an end to an argument about who truly started the brawl between journalist Mon Tulfo and Claudine Barretto, Raymart Santiago and a certain guy in pink shirt which allegedly belongs to the actor's camp on May 6 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

    Two people were injured during a bizarre Kansas TV station stabbing. A man broke into WIBW-TV on Wednesday morning, and he stabbed two sales employees before he was tackled by a host of others at the station.

    PAGASA Website has been hacked and defaced. What about our Weather Report now? According to the hacker it's all about fun, fun fun! Check-out the screen capture by GMA News since we are trying to open the website and it seems to be offline- currently. According to the report the website was taken offline before 3:00 P.M. on May 9, 2012.

    PAGASA advised visitors to its website to go to its alternate site (kidlat.pagasa.dost.gov.ph) for the meantime while they are still fixing their official website.

    Raymart Santiago vs Ramon Tulfo at NAIA Airport

    Report says Raymart Santiago had a fight with Ramon Tulfo at NAIA Terminal Airport on May 6- Sunday.

    According to the report on AKTV, TV5 host RamonTulfo, said he was simply trying to pacify Claudine Barretto, Santiago's wife, who was allegedly verbally abusing a ground crew when Santiago turned to him.

    In a television interview, Tulfo had bruises on his face.

    While in GMA News, Tulfo was taking footage of Santiago’s wife, actress Claudine Barretto, scolding a stewardess, when Santiago approached him, according to a report on dzBB radio.

    Santiago and Barretto, along with their children, had arrived in Manila from a trip to Boracay while Tulfo had arrived from Davao, the report said.

    The report said Barretto was complaining to a Cebu Pacific stewardess about her missing luggage when she noticed someone taking a video.

    Santiago said he approached the man, who turned out to be Tulfo, and asked him why he was taking footage. Santiago said Tulfo punched him.

    Meanwhile Claudine Baretto got bruises on her legs as Tulfo admitted kicking her since he was outnumbered by that time.
