Tweeting to her million plus followers during the trip, Heidi most recently wrote, "taking a hot bath to relax my jaw muscles. They are lock up and it is hard to talk. I have been too tense."
As previously reported Miss Montag has been in seclusion since she allegedly filed for divorce from estranged husband Spencer Pratt - who then announced plans to sell her s** tape to Vivid Entertainment.
