The 2012 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Governors Cup, is the third and last conference of the 2011-12 PBA season. The tournament is scheduled to start on May 20.

The tournament is an import-laden format, which requires an import or a pure-foreign player for each team and with a height limit of 6-foot-5.

The Greats take on the Stalwarts on May 11 before the other Obstacle Challenge and Slam Dunk Contest. The three-point shootout and All-Star Game will be held on May 13.

As part of the 2012 PBA All-Star Weekend, two teams composed of former and current PBA stars will clash in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.

Obstacle challenge champion: Jonas Villanueva- Villanueva defends his Obstacle Challenge crown for the third straight time. 

Three-point shootout champion: Mark Macapagal-  Macapagal retains Three-point shootout crown.

Denzel Bowles came through in the overtime period, scoring 11 of his team’s 14 points to finish with 39 points along with 21 rebounds, to lead the B-MEG Llamados past the Talk ‘N Text Tropang Texters, 90-84.

James Yap was named Finals MVP, the second time he has received the honor, with averages of 20 points, six rebounds, and two assists in the series.

Denzel Bowles who was hailed as Best Import of the Conference, sank two pressure-packed charities to force overtime and then dominated in the extra period, to brought the B-MEG Llamados to their first championship under coach Tim Cone, toppling the previous holders of the PBA Commissioner's Cup, the Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters, 90-84, Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
