Elizabeth Fechte was crowned 2012
Miss America’s Outstanding Teen on August 20, 2011 at the Linda Chapin
Theatre, Orange County Convention Center Orlando, FL. The first
runner-up was Miss Michigan’s Outstanding Teen Marissa Cowans. The
second runner-up was Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen Mi’a Callens. The
third runner-up was Miss Texas’s Outstanding Teen Reilly Johannsen. The
fourth runner-up was Miss Minnesota’s Outstanding Teen Alexis Houle.
